Use this form to request an animal drop-off appointment. We’ll review your request and confirm the details with you. Please provide accurate information so we can prepare for your arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Scheduling All animal drop-offs must be scheduled in advance through our website or by calling 814-703-1908. Drop-offs are only accepted on confirmed appointment dates. Animals must be dropped off at: 1908 Water Level Road, Somerset, PA 15501 Drop-off times will be confirmed when your appointment is approved. Please arrive during your scheduled window. If you expect to be late, contact us at 814-703-1908 as soon as possible so arrangements can be made. Deposit A deposit is required to reserve your drop-off appointment. You may pay the deposit online when booking or in person at the time of drop-off. This deposit becomes non-refundable within 7 days of your scheduled appointment date. If an emergency arises and you are unable to transport your animal, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to reschedule your appointment, and your deposit can be transferred to the new date. Animal Care Animals will have access to fresh water at all times. Hay will be provided for any animals that must be kept overnight. There is no need to bring your own feed or hay. Arrival Expectations Please arrive on time for your scheduled drop-off. Staff is specifically scheduled to unload animals during those hours. Late arrivals may need to be rescheduled depending on availability.
